Cancellation Policy :

Cancellations can be made until the Cutoff time for a Reservation. Typically 1 to a few hours prior to the start of the tour. After the reservation cutoff, No new bookings can be created and no cancellations can be processed, even if the reservation's occupants are no-show.

For Example, A Tour's Cutoff time may be 12:00:00 Noon if the tour begins at 14:00 (2pm) in the afternoon. The Cutoff Time for a Reservation on 2025-02-01 would therefore be 2025-02-01 12:00:00

Refund Policy :

Refunds for Cancellations will be processed in full if the reservation is cancelled 24 hours or more before The Reservation's Cutoff Time. After 24 hours prior to The Cutoff Time, No refund is provided.

Refunds for Cancellations will be processed in full if the reservation is cancelled within 2 hours of booking, As long as the cancellation is processed Before the cutoff time. This Grace Period supersedes the previous 24 hour window before the cutoff time from the previous line.

No Refund is processed within 24 hours of the cutoff time if the Reservation was created more than 2 hours prior.

No Refund is processed After the cutoff time.
